Dear Reader,
there are no April showers on the road with the RV!
This month’s issue is putting a ‘spring’ back in our step. We have so many amazing features and collaborators, from a comedian to a musician, to some more authors who have stories to share with you.
We are thrilled to present a special section dedicated to The BookFest® 2023, a highly impactful event now in its 7th edition.
The BookFest is presented by its founder, Desiree Duffy, a renowned entrepreneur, with multiple awards to her name and a true driving force in the book community.
The BookFest 2023 is a platform for authors, literary luminaries, journalists, speakers, thought leaders, and publishing professionals to showcase their talent and knowledge. I am also excited that I will be making an appearance as a speaker at the event.
Our cover this month features the lovely Kelly Anne Manuel, also a key participant to The BookFest, highlighting the popularity of this fan-favorite event.

We are also featuring various artists: musicians, comedians and illustrators.
We have a touching article from Lisa Skinner about the miraculous impact of music on those who have Alzheimer’s disease.
We always strive to include as many relatable stories we can find, and this issue is no exception.

The RV podcast is also celebrating 300 episodes this month. Who would have thought that the little podcast that could would be publishing it’s 300th episode in two short years? We’ve visited so many countries, had so many memorable conversations and have made so many new friends. We could never have gotten here without you, so THANK YOU for joining us on this wild ride.
