September always feels like a month of transition. While many of our readers are welcoming the first signs of fall, spring is arriving in other parts of the world, bringing new colors, warmer days, and that wonderful feeling of renewal. Wherever you are, I hope this issue brings a little inspiration to your season.

I am delighted to welcome award-winning author Jennifer Anne Gordon to our cover. Jennifer is a fascinating creative voice whose work moves between the beautiful and the unsettling, and in this issue, we get to know the woman and artist behind the stories. Her new book, Perfect Wives, Perfect Lies, is also being released this September—perfect timing for our cover!

We are also celebrating Gary Morgenstein and his thriller Jesse’s Girl in The RV Book Launch, including our review of this emotional story about the complicated relationship between a father and son.

Another celebration comes from Sonia Marta, who has reached an incredible milestone: 100 episodes of The SMARTA Podcast. I had the pleasure of interviewing Sonia when she was only 13, and watching her develop her own voice and platform has been a wonderful journey.

Throughout the issue, you’ll discover many more voices. Gary Smith explores how photography influences his writing, while Maria Gallucci reminds us of the power stories have to create connection and help others feel seen.

For our travelers, we’re heading to Nice and the French Riviera, discovering the region not simply as tourists, but with the curiosity of temporary locals—through its food, markets, villages, traditions, and Mediterranean lifestyle.

Behind the scenes, we are busy preparing for The RV Book Fair this September, and the excitement is building! We are also working on a special September issue dedicated to The RV Book Fair, where you’ll meet participating authors, discover their books, and learn more about the stories they are bringing to this year’s celebration.
