High Moon - The RV Book Fair 2025

A First Look at Sean Bridges’ Gritty Western-Horror Vision

HIGH MOON, by Sean Bridges

Dust, dusk, and something feral in the dark — Sean Bridges’ HIGH MOON arrives with a trailer that fuses classic frontier grit with the sharp edge of supernatural horror. The project, which Bridges has been developing as a feature-length “werewolf spaghetti western,” teases a world where gunfighters, outlaws, and shapeshifters collide under a blood-red moon.

The trailer showcases a rugged, cinematic aesthetic: barren landscapes, tense standoffs, and a creeping sense that the real danger isn’t the man across the campfire, but the thing stalking the plains after sunset. Bridges’ blend of horror and western tropes hints at a film that’s both stylistically bold and unapologetically pulpy — a love letter to grindhouse creature features wrapped in classic cowboy mythmaking.

For fans of genre mash-ups, HIGH MOON promises a showdown where silver bullets matter for more than just metaphor.

In the upcoming pages, you’ll find an interview with three actors who appeared in the film’s trailer — Heath Allyn, Kenneth Wayne Bradley, and Anna Maria Wright — offering their own perspectives from inside this eerie frontier world.
